Jos Letschert (1948). Dutch painter, sculptor, poet and author who lives and works in Germany since 2010. Graduate of the Dutch Art Academy in Amersfoort (NL), (1973 - 1983). Educationalist, doctor in social sciences (University of Utrecht) and (retired) professor for educational policy. Artwork is in private collections in the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Scotland, USA and Canada.

Jos Letschert (1948) ist Niederländischer Künstler, der in Deutschland lebt und arbeitet.   Er wurde von 1973 bis 1983 an der Kunstakademie in Amersfoort (NL), jetzt Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht, ausgebildet.

Promotion (Sozialen Wissenschaften) an der Universität Utrecht. Er arbeitete bis Mitte 2010 als Leiter der Forschungsabteilung des Nationalen Curriculuminstituts der Niederlande in Enschede. Parallel dazu lehrte er als Professor für Bildungspolitik an der Universität Twente (NL). Im Juni 2010 ist er emeritiert und arbeitet seitdem ausschließlich als freischaffender Künstler.
